Refund Policy

At Paangi, we are committed to delivering high-quality textile learning courses. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want our refund process to be fair and transparent. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible to request a refund under the following conditions:

       Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of the purchase date

       You have completed less than 20% of the course content at the time of the request

       The request is made for the first purchase of that course (repeat purchases are not eligible for refund)

If these conditions are met, we will process a full refund of the course fee to your original payment method.

 

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

       The refund request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase

       More than 20% of the course has been completed or downloaded

       The course was purchased at a discounted or promotional price (unless the discount was a site-wide offer — contact us to clarify)

       A certificate of completion has already been issued

       The request is a duplicate for the same course

 

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

       Email us at support@paangi.com with the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Order ID]"

       Include your registered email address, course name, date of purchase, and reason for the refund

       Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days

       If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days

 

4. Technical Issues

If you are unable to access course content due to a technical problem on our platform, please contact support@paangi.com before requesting a refund. We will first attempt to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve it within 5 business days, a full refund will be issued regardless of course completion status.

 

5. Course Cancellation by Paangi

In the rare event that Paangi cancels or discontinues a course after purchase, all enrolled students will receive a full refund automatically within 10 business days. You will be notified by email.

 

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are not offered. Refunds are either approved in full or declined based on the eligibility criteria above.

 

7. EMI and Instalment Purchases

If you purchased a course through an EMI or instalment plan, the refund will be processed for any amounts already paid. Future instalments will be cancelled. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

8. Changes to This Policy

Paangi reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
