Welcome to Paangi. By accessing or using our website (paangi.com) and online learning platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling in any course or using any service offered by Paangi.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
• "Paangi", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Paangi, the online textile learning academy operating at paangi.com
• "Student" or "you" refers to any individual who registers, browses, or purchases a course on our platform
• "Course" refers to any video lesson, downloadable content, assessment, or learning material available on Paangi
• "Platform" refers to the Paangi website, mobile-compatible interface, and all associated services
To use Paangi, you must:
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is truthful and that you meet the above requirements.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must not share your account with any other person
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately at support@paangi.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Paangi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased course(s) within your student dashboard
• Course access is granted to the purchasing individual only and is non-transferable
• Paangi offers lifetime access to purchased courses unless the course is discontinued (see Section 10)
• Access is provided for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only
• You may not share your login credentials or course content with others
All content on Paangi — including but not limited to video lessons, Jacquard design files, weave drafts, embroidery patterns, course notes, graphics, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Paangi or its respective instructors.
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly display any course content
• Downloaded design files are licensed for your personal and professional use only — not for resale or redistribution
• You may not record, screenshot, or screen-capture course videos for distribution
• Violation of intellectual property rights may result in account termination and legal action
• All course prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payment must be completed in full before course access is granted
• Paangi uses a secure third-party payment gateway — we do not store your card details
• Prices are subject to change. Changes will not affect courses already purchased
• Promotional prices apply only for the duration of the promotion
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, available at paangi.com/refund-policy. Key terms include:
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
• Refunds are only eligible if less than 20% of the course has been completed
• No refunds are issued after a certificate of completion has been issued
By using Paangi, you agree not to:
• Share, sell, or distribute course content to third parties
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content in discussion forums or reviews
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent access restrictions
Paangi reserves the right to remove reviews or comments that violate community standards and to suspend or permanently ban accounts for misconduct.
• Certificates are issued upon 100% completion of a course, including all lessons and assessments
• Certificates are issued in the name provided at registration — ensure your name is accurate
• Paangi certificates are recognition of course completion and do not constitute a formal academic qualification unless stated otherwise
• Paangi reserves the right to update, modify, or improve course content at any time
• In the rare event a course is permanently discontinued, enrolled students will be notified by email with at least 30 days' notice and offered a full refund
• Minor updates to improve content quality do not constitute a course cancellation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Paangi shall not be liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform
• Loss of employment, business opportunity, or income based on course content
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance or technical issues
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course.
Paangi may reference or link to third-party tools, software, or websites (such as design software used in courses). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Links do not constitute endorsement.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of the Paangi platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India.
Paangi reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
